The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Belgium. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
The Buyer will be responsible for registering correct details as to his/her: name and address for the purpose of booking.
The Buyer must be aged 18 and over. If the Buyer provides any details that are incomplete or incorrect, Marrakechsaharadeserttours.com has the right to terminate any contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
The client must pay at least the deposit (20% of the total tour rate ) immediately upon making the booking. At least the deposit (20% of the total tour rate ) must be received and cleared before Ticket and Tour Packages are dispatched.
Once a booking has been made Ticket and Tour Packages cannot be exchanged or refunded, other than at the absolute discretion of Marrakech Sahara Desert Tours.
If your order includes a trip or tour which is not available, we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed. Where our Waitlist service is available you may have the option to wait until we have other clients to complete a group, or changing to another group that is available, or alternatively, you may cancel your order
Failure to make payment as per this clause will be a breach of our terms and condition by the Buyer, entitling the Seller to treat this as an end and to reallocate the Ticket and Tour Packages without informing the Buyer.
Tour prices are as stated on our website but are liable to change at any time. When buying a tour either via the website, the deposit price will be confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after we have sent you the email confirmation (as appropriate) although we will endeavor to do so as soon as we become aware of the error.
All completed sales are final. Any request for a refund or a variation to the booking must be emailed to email@marrakechsaharadeserttours.com. Marrakech Sahara Desert Tours shall review each case on its own. Refunds or variations will only be made in a special situation:

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
